A credit card on file is required to book any service at Blackbird.
Guests may reschedule or cancel any appointment 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
Cancelling or no-showing within the 48 hour window of their appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service and charged to the card on file.
A 10-minute grace period is permitted to all clients. We strive to accommodate all clients who arrive after the 10 minute grace period, however stylists retain the right to reschedule or decline service after the 10 minute mark.
Please understand that this policy is in place to support our stylists and ensure they do not run late to further scheduled and on time appointments.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, however we will do everything in our power to correct any issue that may arise within two weeks of the original service. We want you to love your hair!
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. We want you to truly enjoy your visit and look forward to coming to the salon. Often luxury hair appointments can last 2-3+ hours for a color, refresh, highlight, glaze and blowout or haircut.

CHILDREN & PETS:
Although we are huge animal lovers, and we do love kids, for the enjoyment of your salon experience and the relaxation of other guests, they are not permitted in the salon.
We provide a limited number of children’s haircuts at Blackbird and welcome them with a scheduled appointment. If you have any questions or last minute accommodations, call us!
Yes, we have WiFi! Please feel free to bring your device, tablet, iPad or laptop with you to your appointment.
We ask that all devices be used on “silent” or with headphones to ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients.
